The Gifted Babies isn’t run by a single entity, it’s merely a group of people, mainly friends, who collaborate to make films together. So if we had a mission statement, that would be it.
Generally the way it works is that we take turns in taking different roles in the production, so one person may be taking the Directors chair for one film and the in next he or she is holding reflector against the actors face who was caterer ( tea making ) in the previous one.
Rarely does everyone carry the same roles for every film made in this group and this generally results in an interestingly diverse set of films with equally diverse set of opinions from friends, family members and on a rare occasion, people who happen to stumble upon them.
